Dumped orchard puppy sweetens an antiques deal at a gas station when the seller notices the scared doggo in his buyer’s pickup truck and adopts him, dog dad says: ‘Me never knowing how to say no to a dog because...I instinctively say yes’

If you thought that an antiques deal could not involve the adoption of a stray pupper, then you are about to have your mind changed.

Ok, we will cop to it. No one could have ever imagined that going to buy some sort of antique off someone you met online could result in a doggo adoption. But such is the serendipity of life, that a hooman who had so much space and love in their hearts for doggos would be brought face to snout with a poor abandoned pupper who was about to be assigned to shelter life for who knows how long. A chance meeting that could not have been more pawfect had it been planned.

But alas it was not planned, at least not by the hoomans who brought the dog along with them to the antique deal. And so we end up with one of the more heartwarming canine meet cutes we have had the pleasure of hearing about and another doggo was spared the sadness of having to live in the local shelter until someone would come along to love them furever.

Wow, that is one heck of a piece of background info. What is a pupper pawrent meant to think when they lose all three of their soul doggos in the space of three years. How do you even heal from that kind of pain and maintain optimism? How are you ever meant to put faith and trust into another pupper who could end up leaving you in much the same way. This is one strong willed hooman that is all that we can say, and considering how this story is about to develop this is also a hooman with so much space and love in their heart.

Wow, if you thought the cat distribution system had some wild ways of bringing hoomans and their cats together, then it might be time to give the Doggo Distribution System the crown of crazy meet cutes. What kind of serendipity is this that a pupper would just appear out of nowhere into this person’s life after being abandoned in an orchard? And then for that same dumped doggo to somehow end up at a marketplace antiques deal, proverbially dangling itself in front of a person who so desperately wanted a pupper to fill the dog shaped hole in his heart. Unbelievable stuff.
